Welcome to Atlas Villas Memory Care, where we offer a unique approach to memory care within our 16-room facility in Centerville, MN. Our commitment is to provide compassionate and personalized assisted living services tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

  • Specialty curved sky ceiling with computer controlled lighting that simulates sunrise, sunset and nighttime. This assists with sundowners syndrome using visual and audio cues.
  • A full-time chef providing nutritious meals and snacks with alternative choices and family recipes welcomed.
  • Outdoor feel with sitting benches and a fenced area.
  • Facility design with two hallways with different colored carpets for easy navigation, exterior siding colors to help residents identify their rooms, and camouflaged exits to discourage elopement.

Comfort:

  • Relaxation room with 24/7 audio, visual, and smell experiences for calming and relaxation, also used as a movie theater and storm shelter.
  • In-floor heating and individual room climate control.
  • Pond view from the living room and a secure outdoor area.
  • Spouses can live together for an additional fee (limited availability).

Safety:

  • 43 cameras throughout the facility for safety and elopement protection.
  • Automatic electrical generator for uninterrupted power.
  • Emergency pull cords in bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • ADA compliant rooms with in-floor heating, individual climate control, cable-ready with TV mounts, Wi-Fi, motion sensor cameras, and dimmable reading lights.
  • Bathrooms with grab bars and a walk-in tub in the spa.
  • Community TV antenna with 50 channels

Enrichment:

  • Activities program with social, physical, and cognitive activities, including music therapy, pet therapy, and cognitive iPad games.
  • On-site third-party services like nails, hair and beauty, doctor visits, imaging, and pharmacy delivery services.
  • Hospice care available through third-party services.
